Privacy Policy

Garfield is an internal multi-platform listing tool used by its operator to manage listings on eBay, Reverb, and similar marketplaces. The application is not offered to the general public and is not used to collect data from end consumers.

What we store

For each authenticated operator account, Garfield stores:

• Operator email and authentication metadata (via Supabase Auth).
• OAuth tokens and personal access tokens for connected marketplaces, scoped to the operator's own seller account.
• Listing content created by the operator (titles, descriptions, prices, photos, identifiers, condition).
• Listing-state metadata returned by marketplace APIs (e.g. listing ids, status, view counts).

What we do not store

• Buyer-side personally identifiable information. Order and customer data remains on the marketplaces themselves.
• Payment instruments, financial account numbers, or shipping address books.

eBay Marketplace Account Deletion

Garfield exposes the eBay Marketplace Account Deletion / Closure notification endpoint required by eBay's Developer Program. When eBay sends a buyer-account deletion notification, Garfield acknowledges receipt. Because Garfield does not retain buyer personally identifiable information, there is generally nothing to purge in response.

Sharing

Garfield only transmits operator-provided listing content to the marketplaces the operator has explicitly connected, for the sole purpose of creating or updating listings on the operator's behalf. Garfield does not sell, lease, or share operator data with third parties.
